New Installer and in game Manual

So the new things with this update.

A new in game manual that was made for my next game has been put into this game as a quality of life improvement. It shows the controls and explains what the powerups do.

There is a new installer, so no longer do you have to unzip the zip file and put the game where you want it. It now has an easy to use installer created by the Clickteam Install Creator for easy installation.

Other small changes to the game include some practice targets in the start area that DON'T shoot back at you and a reduction in the HP for the ATGs as fighting them was a tad annoying.
